Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction towards the new neighbors in No. 58, who is the source of all disturbance. My life has been entirely flipped upside down since he relocated to this neighborhood two weeks ago. He is always playing music at the max volume, making me suffer from deafening sound for hours and hours, even every day. His noise negatively affected my daily activities as it is essential for me to work on assignments in silence. Subsequently, I could barely do anything well and received a pretty bad result in the last exam. Things came to a head when he holds parties with his friend every late night.
