Dear Sir I am writing in the hope of that you can help me with a problem regarding a computer that I recently bought after only two day things started to go wrong, On the 10 th of December I visited one of youir local shops in order to buy a mobile phone for my husband Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and asked a shop assistant about it, After getting all information I decided to purchase it three day later my husband made a call and said about the item When he used the molile phone for the first time it worked properly and the sound very exact and clear. However, when he utilized it the second time there seemed to have been a malfucunction while it was working The sound does not exact and button screws. I would like you to replace the mobile phone with well functioning one I expect to receive the some type of unit and brand Otherwise, unfortunately I will be forced to report this to Customer Servise Assocation responsible for this problem I look forward to receiving a reply.
