Dear Sir Dilshod I am writing to complain about the disagreeful treatment which I had recieved at your holiday resort. Firstly the service was so slow that it took about 15 minutes to take my order, but they claimed it to be fast. Furthermore, the food was more expensive than they informed me about it. To take matters worse I was deeply offended by the behavour of the manager. He was not only impolite, but also unhelpfull.
