Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about an unacceptable start of the male changing room in your support complex. I have been using your services since your support center opening, however, it would appear that your facilities are not carried out any maintenance work. For example, paint on the wall of the changing room has been peeling off and floor tiles are cracked, as a result, there are sharp points emerging from the floor which put me at risk. In addition, shower areas are covered by growing mold and mildew state. The neglected and shabby state of the changing room makes me am being treated like farm animals. I feel that you are just focusing more on your benefits than customers' experience. I worry that I can not continue loyalty with your support center if you fail to have actions for enhancing your facilities. Please take solutions into account as a matter of urgency, refurbishing the changing room is a number one priority.
