Dear Sir, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the books which I purchased recently from your bookstore. Although, your bookshop is modern, and there are a lot of necessary books. I bought these books yesterday from the branch of your bookshop on Bobur Street: "The Lord of the Rings" in Russian and English, "The Canterville Ghost" in English and "War and Peace" in Russian. These book's qualification is nice. However, they cost's is very expensive. Moreover, "The Lords of the Rings" has no English tracks; there is "Voskresenie" recorded on the disk instead " War and Peace"; the sounds of "The Canterville Ghost" is of poor quality. I trust you will take my complaint seriously, and make every efford to improve your store is items quality in the future.
