Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my concern about central park many people left their dogs run off the leash free in the park which makes me feel unsafe walking there. I go to Central park at 6 AM every day for a walk I noticed there are many dog owners allowing their dogs to run leash free around the park. Moreover, some dogs started barking at strangers and some time I have seen many people run away due to dog feral behavior. Today morning, one group of dogs start barking and chasing on me then I run away from there and luckily, I saved myself. So, I am scared and decided not to visit central park again, unless these leashes less dogs gathering stops. I would like to suggest that the Local Council look into this matter seriously the animals should not be allowed without tether in the park. Secondly, I would advise to install a signboard at the entry gate and set guidelines for owners of animals.
