I am writing concerning the important documents I have lost in the hotel you manage.
As you may know, there was an international meeting last night hosted by Hotel California, and I was one the attendees. At this meeting, we had a long complicated discussion about a vital business going to establish soon, and at the end, we reached an agreement and both sides signed the contract, but when I got home, I couldn’t find my version.
The last thing I remember, is that I witnessed it on the big table in the lobby, the side that is nearest to the window. So I think I’ve forgotten to pick them due to fatigue I was feeling after the negotiation.
My kind request is to ask your team to post me my missing paper if already found it. Otherwise, please do me a favor by looking at the cameras and searching around the place we sat.
