Dear Sir, Myself George Martin, I am writing this letter to enquire about an exhibition in your town next week. I read in yesterday’s newspaper that the history council is organizing a historical exhibition in Alma. I got very pleased after receiving this news because in my school we are surveying on history as part of a student social survey project, so this exhibition would be beneficial to us. Consequently, I am looking for more information related to the event. Firstly, what are the contents? Would there be any monuments of the 16th century? Secondly, I would also like to know about its schedules. On which day exhibition is opening, closing? And what are the opening hours? So that I can plan this experiencing trip in advance. Last and main question, are there any discounts available on entry tickets from either your side or from the council? As I mentioned earlier in a letter that we will be visiting this for our project it would be great if you can provide discounts to my students. Thanking you in advance and looking forward to replying from your side. Yours Faithfully, George Martin
