Dear Dr. Amr Magdy Hope this mail finds you well. My name is Omnia Hassan Ebeid. ID: 19P1561. I am going to be a senior (1) student in the Energy and Renewable energy program, Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. I am one of the 27 students who are USAID scholarship awardees. I have registered for MATLAB & PSCAD summer training as an online training then we are told that the training section will be offline which is extremely hard for most of us because, we are not Cairo residents. After that one of us discuss this problem with Dr. Mohamed Afifi and asked him what we should do to change from MATLAB & PSCAD training to another online training. He told that (you can change your training choice by only attending in another training and recorded your attendance in the new one). I attended in OSHA Safety training with Dr. Ahmed Rafat, I apologize to you for not attending in the training I have registered in but it’s out of my hand. I had no idea what the punishment was for not attending or changing training beforehand.
