Dear sir/ madam, I am writing this letter with regard to your advertisment of a computer course which is going to be held by your college in next month. Currently, I work as a receptionist in a multispeciality hospital and hence daily record of patients as well as the stocks of medicine in the medical store needs to be updated in the computer software programmes. Hence this course will increase my speed in my daily work. Therefore I am keenly interested to do this advanced computer course. However, I do posses basic knowledge of computers but unfortunately I do not have any completion certificate which is the pre requisite of this course. I would like to request you to arrange a basic test and judge my knowledge and enroll me for this course on the basis of the test. It would be grateful for me if you do this special exception.
