Dear Sir, I am writing to let you know that I have a keen interest in computers since childhood and it was a blessing in disguise when I came to know about the computer course in the local newspapers, but the terms and conditions stated clearly that one must have finished an elementary course in this field in order to enroll for it. Let me explain my situation in greater detail. I have always been interested in studying computing because it fascinated me from my early days but I didn't have enough monetary resources to take part in this field and thus, I started learning it online. Furthermore, I joined an online course related to this topic which really bolstered my morale and helped in understanding the subject. I put all my pocket money into these courses, which shows my passion for technology, for instance. In short, due to certain monetary deficiencies, I wasn't been able to join the course but my will is inevitable. In conclusion, I'd be extremely joyous and grateful if you'd allow me to sit and learn among others as an exception. I am really looking forward to your reply. Yours sincerely, ACB
