I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the keyboard that I purchased from your branch in Paris street, last week on 3rd of June.
From the very beginning that I used the keyboard for fast typing, I noticed that some keys are stiff and need to be pressed hard to work properly. I unplugged the keyboard from my desktop several times and shook it, following online suggestions to fix keyboard issues, but some keys were not responding to quick touch, and the problem was not solved.
As a freelancer, mainly responsible for translating and typing documents, this issue with your product has caused me great inconvenience. I need to concentrate on the process of translation; however, I have to check my work repeatedly to make sure there are no spelling mistakes. Moreover, I should pass keys longer and it stops me from fast typing and leads to an immense waste of time.
I would really appreciate it if you could replace the item free of charge, as it is still under warranty. Please ensure that the problem is treated as a priority by your customer service department because it is putting my job at risk.
