Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to apply for the available voluntary job at your museum. I have been working as an administrative assistant at a small organization in the same neighbourhood. It is part-time work, and I usually have a couple of hours everyday to join museum for the voluntary work. The experience at the museum shall help me give back to the community I am living in, and develop new and valuable skills at the same time. As I mentioned in the letter earlier that I have been working as an administrative assistant, I have files and documents management skill along with other general office skills that are essential to handle delicate and old documents. Furthermore, my communication and presentation skills are also advanced, and that can help if guide is required at the museum. I shall be visiting my parents this week, however I can join museum from next week. I would love to hear back from you soon. Yours Sincerely, Jim
