I am writing to suggest how we could improve our reception area and make it tidy and clean.
Recently, we have received quite a lot of comments from our customers about the reception area. For example, they felt that our reception table is too high so it's not convenient for them to get help. Besides, there are so many advertisement leaflets on the table that one customer complained that the working condition was unorganised.
I think that the reception area is important because our clients will have the first impression of our company when they come in. Also, the area represents the culture and services of our company; Thus, we have to pay enough attention to make it better.
I’d like to advise that firstly, to replace the old one with a height-adjustable table; next, to rearrange the layout. For instance, the sidewall can post our rewards. Lastly, we should have a duty roster to maintain this area.
