Dear council, To start with, I am a civil from your city, and I writte this letter to inform you about a problems that is happening in the street I live in. The problem started two weeks ago. It seems like we have a plague of rats here. In adition the street started to smeel really awful since the rats appeared. Could you make something to fix it? The neighbours and I had been trying to capture the rats but we need professional help. We hope you will be able to send us a company that can fix the problem.
