Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about a number of issues regarding the clothes I bought from your boutique. My name is James Jude and I have been patronizing your business for the past 12 months without problems however, yesterday, July 3, 2021, I purchased a nice looking pair of jeans trouser and T-shirt from your store, unfortunately, they were not ideal for me. The pair of jeans had size: waist 36, length 43, written on it, however, when I got home and tried it, I discovered that it was extremely small for me which shows the size displayed was incorrect and the T-shirt it was oversized, therefore, they are ill-suited for me. Consequently, as a solution, I was wondering if you could change the trouser which is 34 in size with that of 36 and pertaining to the T-shirt, I will appreciate it if you can amend the size or give me another one in liue of it.
