I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the bus that I had used last Sunday morning. Let me explain in detail, since I moved to Dubai I have been using the bus to commute to work on a daily basis for the last three years. Apart from the work, I am also using the buses in intercity or when I have to go to the supermarkets. There are some cons points which I would like to mention here. Firstly, the buses never reached on time it always late about quarter-hour. Although fifteen minutes is not a big issue, however, we have to wait under the sun and the weather in Dubai is quite hot and unbearable. Further, sometimes the Bus Air conditioner is not working which I personally experience. The following facts that I mention in the above paragraph not only affected my office timing but also It causes my office uniform to become smelly because of sweating.
