Dear Jai,
How are you doing? It was so nice to hear about your vacation plans. Knowing the type of adventurous spirit that you are, I feel that you will enjoy Rishikesh. It is a small town in northern India surrounded by picturesque views of mountains. The weather would also be pleasant this time of year.
I had been there last year during this time of year and enjoyed it thoroughly. We were a group of four and decided to shell out on a villa with great views rather than a luxurious hotel in the bustling city. We were so pleased with this decision when we ended our trip on a high note. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to the adventurous activities there. Be it white water rafting, bungee jumping, paragliding, and whatnot. Each one of them with the views and the weather to die for, are an experience of a lifetime. I, myself am planning to relive the trip. There are multiple staying options that you can find online.
The only downside to the place is the reachability from the airport. The roads aren't in the best of shapes and you need to hire proper transport. I can help you with a local contact who can make things easier though. But I feel it's worth the trouble though.
Let me know if you need any further information or a great company. Pack light and enjoy!
Bon voyage
Yours truly
