I am writing you to thank you for the invite to spend my next holidays with you. Unfortunately, I would not be able to make it due to my busy schedule.
Let me elaborate on my situation in more detail. As you know that I am busy preparing for my IELTS General Training examination, Unfortunately, I have scheduled my test date between my holidays before getting the invite from you. Moreover, I also have to give a medical examination as well which will take most of the days of my vacation.
Do remember that visiting you for the holiday is still on my priority list, I would like your honest suggestion on it. My preference would be winter vacation as I will also be free in winter, specifically watching the snowfall, and going skating can be our main activity in order to enjoy the vacation. What do you think?
