Dear Nikita, I hope you doing well. Yesterday received your letter regarding your problem at work place. I’ve totally understand your problem as I also pass through same situation in past. I’ve been working from last 5 years in Ahmadabad, but those 2 years when I was in XYZ company was most horrible time for me. Main reason for that is management. My manager kept harassing me to allot whole work & he spends all time to watching web series. When MD asked for reports he don’t know anything but still he easily give presentation from work done by me. Also, there’s no credit for me as team member. So, I’ve decided to leave that job for better future. I also suggest you to take necessary action before wasting time. You should contact to HR or MD directly to elaborate your issues, they might help you. Apart of all that, if you need any kind of help from my side please let me know, there’re many people over there with whom I still be in touch so I’ll ask them to come with you.
