Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope you are doing well during this unfortunate and unexpected pandemic era. I am a computer engineering student and I am staying in the student dormitories area, block B, room 210 along with my roommate Jack. Besides him, being a nice and kind person overall, sometimes some of his friends pay a visit, and this can end up with being quite loud, which can disrupt me from focusing on my studies. In addition to being loud they bring their snacks along or order it online from various webpages and afterwards leave them on the tables. As a summary, visiting friends of my flatmate are often loud and unhygienic which prevents me from focusing on my study materials and after they leave we lose time by cleaning the dirt and packages left behind.
I would like to suggest a special room where dormitory residents can meet their friends and spend time together and avoid people from greeting and welcoming visitors in their own rooms. I am looking forward to your response.
Have a very good day,
Thank you,
Can Telkenaroglu
