I am writing about a problem with an item I recently ordered from your store's website. I ordered a winter coat, but the one I received was the wrong size and the wrong colour. I think your company should compensate me for the coat as well as my disappointment.

When I received my coat, I was disappointed to discover that the size and the colour were wrong. Your company sent me a bright red coat in size 8. This coat is too small and the color is too bright for me to wear.
