A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter give contact details for when you are away give instructions about how to care for your pet describe other household duties

Dear Sharon, Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and best of spritis. Last time, when we met, you kindly agreed to mind my house and dog, for which, I am immensely grateful. To give you the details regarding my trip, I will be out of town for a week, starting from 7th September until 14th September. Although you are familiar with my house and pet, I would like to give you some instructions that might be helpful. Since you already share a great bond with Whiskey, my dog, I am sure you both would have a lovely time together. Although Whiskey eats only twice a day, sometimes he might get hungry during evening hours, so don’t forget to feed him his Pedigree. He loves morning walks so if you have the spare time during early hours please take him for a little walk in a nearby park. Even though he sleeps on his bed, somtimes he just lay over a floor which makes him sick, so please make sure he is using his rest area. Apart from this, some usual hosehold tasks that you might need to take care of. For cleaning, maid do arrive at 2. 00 PM daily, so be aware to let her in for cleaning. Refrigerator has all the food items so you don’t have to be worried about food at all. Also, you can stay in out guest room loaded with all the necessary amenities, just be sure you turn off the electric appliances when not in use. I hope I haven’t bombarded you with all information.
