Dear John, I am thrilled to hear that you are moving in to my city. Eagerly waiting for your arrival as this city is a great place to live in. I am writing to let you know about the accommodation and other comforts offered in my town. I would recommend you to rent a flat in the downtown. I know that you are a shopping freak and always up to buy souvenirs from the places you live in. Which is why, I reckon that this is the most captivating part of my hometown linked with every other part of the town and all the lavish amenities. Since you will be here for the work and you need transportation facility to reach work. So, the city center provides the commendable service of public transportation. There is a bus terminal at the walking distance and that too at reasonable fares. Do not bother about not being sociable around here. My place has the wonderful amenities of clubs, hangout places for the adults, restaurant and multiplexes where we can not only spend our special time but also can meet and become friends with new natives.
