Dear Mr. Patrick, I am writing to make a complain about the black double door refrigerator i bought from your outlet at ikeja on the 14th of march 2020 at about 2: 30 pm on friday. On getting home that day, after unpacking it I noticed the refrigerator did not come with an adoptor and when it was plugged to electricity with a normal voltage it immediately started sparking which made my husband to quickly remove. Hence we did not try it again in order not to cause more damages to the already faulty item. I would like to seek you delivery team check it up on the address stated on the my receipt on the date of purchase and if possible make a refund according to your company's policy or proffer a quick and possible solution because we are in need of a refrigerator to store my already purchased perishable goods for my new wholesale business.
