A complain letter to your bank manager.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing you a letter that you can assist to me with an issue regarding a bank card that I recently procured from your Bank Office. On 20 June, I purchased a XPR phone from the Nike store in Turkey. The phone cost 1500 Turkish lira and I paid it with my visa credit card. When I arrived home, I checked my bank account then I realized that 2000 Turkish lira were withdrawn instead of 1500 Turkish lira from my account. I called the shopping store and they sent me the sales slip. And the amount of money which was withdrawn from my account was 1500 Turkish lira. But according to my account history after that payment, 500 Turkish Lira extra money was withdrawn from my account which was not within my knowledge. Would you kindly deposit my lost money back.
