Dear Sir or Madam, I want to complain about garbage collection system in local community. As you may have noticed, there have been some flaws in this matter for a relatively long time. The rubbish bins all over the neighborhood gets full very fast and collection truck come too late. Hence, there is always a pile of rubbish on the streets and pedestrian section. A lot of problems have arisen because of this situation. Firstly, the sight of rubbishes piled up in area made a disgusting view for visitors. All neighbors feel ashamed when they have guests. To worsen things up, hygienic issues have happened. Small children are in tough with trashes when they play and have been infected by numerous diseases. To overcome this trouble, I suggest to add more bins for garbage collection and simultaneously increase the number and frequency of roaming of collection trucks. Another solution is to add some booths to gather recyclable trash from people in order to reduce volume of trash. With best regards, Hossein
