Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to complain about the builder who has come to my house for repairing. I am Rohit Sharma putting up in Sector-45, Gurgaon. Few days ago I came to your office and explained about my house condition that it is 25 years old and requires some repairing like seepage, and front wall needs to reconstruct. In spite of, you ensure that you would send a builder soon with the roughly budget. And he will start his work from Monday onwards. However, he came on time and told me the amount required for the work. Moreover, he commences his construction, but the material he has been using is cheap and not durable. Hence he is told me he will take 10 days time which is really too much as I and my wife both are working. So, it won’t be possible for us. I request you to change the builder or tell him to use the durable or long lasting material and also finish the work in a week time. I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
