I am writing to you to make you aware of an issue which I am facing lately. I took this work from home job as I have a 8 months old daughter whom I don’t want to leave in day care/baby sitting. I want to take care of her by myself beside not compromising with my career. When I read about your requirement of an accountant who can work from home, I was overwhelmed. It was like a dream come true for me. I found what I was looking for.
But lately I am facing some issues while coordinating with the invoicing department. I tried sorting it out on my own without getting you involved but it ssems as if my requests are being ignored by the Invoicing team. I would like to bring to your notice that Invoicing team are not sending the invoices clearly which is making it diificult for me to enter the item in our database. As we work on FIFO method, it might affect our stock counting at the end of the month. I have requested several times via official email to the invoicing team head Mr. Will to ask his team to send the invoices so that it is visible clearly. Its been 15 days now but my request are seem to be ignored.
It is very diificult for me to read the item listed on it and I am unable to feed the data in the system. I would like to request you to change the scanner and install a good quality scanner to avoid this problem and also request you to ask the Invoicing team head Mr. Will to communicate with me instead of ignoring my emails.
Your prompt action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
