Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Ankita and I am writing to you in relation to a DSLR Camera I bought on 10th February 2020 from the store located in Burjumann Mall, Dubai. When we checked the camera at the center it was working well. But when I reached home and started taking pictures I found the quality of the picture detoriated with every click & the pictures clicked were blur and hazy.
On the same day I went back to the store & met the same sales representative Mr. John who assisted me in buying the DSLR camera earlier that day. He looked into my issue and advised me to the leave the camera at the store and said that I will be getting a call from the technical team regarding the same.
After a week of no response, today on 17th February 202, I decided to visit the store again to get an update regarding my complaint I was told that the camera has still not been repaired. I am very disappointed upon hearing this as I bought this camera to capture a special occasion on 20th February 2021. But till date the camera has not been repaired/replaced and it doesn’t seems that I will be getting it back in a day or two.
Frustrated with no response from the shop as well as the technical team, I decided to write to the Head Office. I request you to please analyse the situation and hope that I get another piece instead of geeting the one repaired as I am afraid that the same issue will keep popping up.
