When people speak similar languages, they can easily exchange ideas with each other. Consequently, easy and hesitation free communication provides a sense of unity amongst the nations. For instance, the national cognitive research department proved that when two people have no language barrier, bondage between them becomes strong. This way people from different countries come closer. Furthermore, Speaking in a few tongues help in strong economical advancement. In everyday business, today the way of communication is email, chat, and Phone calls; a decrease in the language barrier allows the trader to communicate in a better way. For example, when one or two languages are popularly used in the world, business owners may develop their businesses in other countries, thereby bringing more benefits not only to entrepreneurs but also to local residents in the host country. The result will be steady growth in the general economy of all nations across the globe. However, declination of local languages has a negative effect on fashion; as languages define culture. So, loss of language may cause a loss cultural identity. But this is not a major problem and can be solved by educating people about the local fashion. To conclude, the aforementioned reasons such as nations' unity and growth of the economy, are positive results of this development. However, fear of culture loss is part of such progress which can be ameliorated via providing cultural knowledge to locals. So an increase in the use of certain languages is a positive development.
