Dear Airport manager, I recently returned to Toronto from San Francisco via Vancouver on flight A220 (Air Canada) and A124 respectively (Air Canada) which arrived on 24th Feb at 20: 30 at Toronto airport. My luggage which supposed to check all the way to my final destination, baggage tag number-A1223567 has apparently been completely misplaced or possibly offloaded at Vancouver airport. I reported the same to lost luggage counter and the staff assured me that they would be in touch with me in 24 hours to inform me about the tracking of my luggage. It has been three days now and I did not get any information about my luggage, I have spoken numerous times to the staff but they do not have any clue about my stuff. I certainly believe that I entitled for the compensation. I already provided the detail information about the lost luggage to the staff along with the estimated value. Please let me know what are the formalities required for the claim submission. I can be reached out on my mobile XXX-920-6000. I would appreciate an update as soon as possible. Regards, Mike
