For instance, as per the survey of times of India in 2018, each year, almost 30-35% of students do not get any single job after completion of their graduation and post-graduation. Another reason is that, from the last 20 years, the technological development is increasing at an alarming rate, especially in the manufacturing industry and with this development new equipment are established and the human work is now done by an automated machine. Therefore, the demands of the employee are declining and individuals find difficulty in getting employment. There are two potential methods to overcome this problem. Firstly, the government should introduce a new industry from the international market, which requires more human-work. Additionally, highly qualified students should migrate to abroad countries in order to find employment.
