I'm so glad to know you'll live with my family for a month. We live in a nuclear family. There are three bedrooms in my house, so you're going to be in the same room as me while you're here. The most important rule in my family is that all members of the family have to eat meals together. Family meals are important because they connect us more. So busy as you are, we still have time to eat together. I feel this rule has given my family so many wonderful things. An equally important rule was that my parents respected my thoughts and opinions. They allowed me to do whatever I wanted to do and always listen to what I thought. They never force me to do what they want and never compare me with anyone else. That gave me great comfort in my house. The third rule in my family was to buy only what was needed. This is to avoid having family members spend more and save more money on their families. I think it makes tremendous sense.
