One of my bad habits which I really want to kick is nail-biting. It has been happening since I was a kid. I often bite my nails when I am stressed, anxious or when I’m free and have nothing to do. Of course, this bad habit has a lot of disadvantages. It can do harm to my health, make my nails ugly and abnormal, etc. Because of those bad effects, I need to kick it. I can keep them short, cut it before it is long enough for me to bite it. I also can get a manicure or painting a coat of glossy paint. It will make my nails look so great and stop me bite it. Another solution I can try is always keeping my hands and mouth busy. I can talk, eat gum or hold something. With these plans, I hope I will get rid of nail-biting and take up some new good habits.
