The figures illustrate the change in the road that is used to access the city hospital in 2007 and 2010. The details will be presented in the following paragraphs. Overall, it can be seen that the road had been developed throughout 2007 to 2010 period. There were several added facilities along the road. Initially, in 2007, the hospital road was surrounded by a number of bus stops, accessed from city road, the patients would see the car park for public and staff at the right-hand side. However, in 2010, the carpark was only for hospital staffs and the bus stations were centered on the left-hand side. Moreover, two roundabout was built at the entrance of the city hospital and at the city road. The hospital was always surrounded by ring road throughout the period given. Nevertheless, in 2010, the huge public car park was constructed to the east of the hospital, accessed easily form the ring road.
