It is irrefutable that in recent time, work-life balance has improved drastically. It is often considered that eminent people had little or no social life, they provided their undivided attention to work. I consider having a balanced life rather than occupying myself with work. In this essay, I will present my view with examples. The most significant advantage of a balanced work-life is a healthy lifestyle. Nowadays, people are so occupied with work, neglecting health and family. To illustrate, as per the Doctor's Association of North America, exercises and children's are the biggest stress-busters in the world. In contrast, individual's neglect them and consider work as a priority. It is because, they are busy making a mark for themselves. As a result, they lose health, and family, to achieve success in professional life. Another important aspect of having a balance life is getting rid of stress. In recent times, everyone is occupied with work, a lot more than in the past. People need to move out of their busy life, in order to reduce stress and rejuvenate themselves. For example, it has been evaluated by the United Nations, people who travel often are more productive. Also, this eradicates the possibility of mental illness. As an outcome, it spreads joy and happiness and remove stress from day to day life. In conclusion, although creating a goal for oneself is great. In my opinion, providing sufficient time for family and taking vacations is a must in current world. This does help in creating a perfect balance in life.
