Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter regarding the pathetic service and the unprofessional attitude of your staff, which I witnessed as I was flying back from Malaysia to Auckland in flight number B-106201. I had requested for a Jain meal prior to the flight for which I had also received a confirmation mail, that I am attaching with this letter. However, I was served with a Vegetarian meal at the lunch time, which I could not consume because of religious beliefs. Your staff was unapologetic for their mistake, furthermore, they served me with few loaves of bread, yogurt and fruits as there was no other food option available. It was a long 14 hours flight and I was starving the entire journey. I would want you to take some strict actions, against this incident and also get compensation for the discomfort that I had to suffer. I would be eagerly waiting for your response. Thank you, Ashish
