Before Covid 19 it seems impossible to work remotel, since it is assumed that working in an office environment is better. HOwever, now that situation has cnhaged the entore world has worked virtualy since Cvoid 19. At initial It was difficult fro people to adjsut their lifes. BUt now it ia more commen to work from home. Working remotely has iits own benefits and corns some of whcih hav ediscussed below. Like, The first most davantage is that you dont need to dress up early in the morninig, catch up the transport means and get to the office in time. Further, flexi hours have been introduced so oen can work as per their comfort. However, same time wirking remotely has disturbed our personallife, there are famliy disruptions, initeret issues avaialbilit isssues etc.
