Nowaday few people want to become teachers. I believe that it can happen due to issues and reasons. The first one, althought income and salary for teaching is important, that is not enoght and it is too low! Infact, it can not support teachers costs any payment. And finally teachers must work too and also thay have to work long time. I think we can solve these problems with this tips: first, government must increase teachers salary I mean their incoming and second, parents also must emphesize on respect for teachers I mean their children's teachers. And eventually, teachers shoud go on vacation more, because they must can refreshing and recharging temselves and relax. in conclusion, I take the view that we can help to interest people and enthusiastic young people to teaching, encourage them to becom teacher.
