However, it is argued that diverse cultures attribute young people valuable and adverse consider ancient. Personally, I reckon that each citizen of the world carries their own value in society. The following passages would elucidate briefly on both approaches with suitable illustrations. On the one hand, embarking on the consideration of youngsters in the community impacts the future of the economy and moderate surroundings. Firstly, a vibrant workforce in a country is usually regarded as an asset, as most governments prioritize young persons in terms of education, they could enhance the society's upgrading, for example, America, a country sponsoring university students by various forms such as scholarships and students loans. Secondly, a well-educated generation affects greatly the economic growth of each land. On the other hand, commencing on the facts behind paying attention to mature humans, as they are often associated with wisdom and embrace an experience of life and gain a wide knowledge about every aspect of life. For instance, in the Far East, humans respect grandparents, older leaders, bosses, and ancestors. In my opinion, age in itself is not a qualification for anything. For instance, in western states, politicians in their sixties or seventies, and company executives in their sixties, despite strong business competition. Additionally, as life expectancy increases older people are becoming more valuable as consumers and voters. To conclude, it reiterates that every soul attains complete admiration from the communities, as it should not depend on the age number. Youth facilitates the development of every earth and old people with a lot of experiences provide solutions to every obstacle related to the growth of a nation.
