I believe in this modern age, sleeping issues are very widespread. I believe one thing which disturbs people’s sleep-wake cycle is technology. by Technology I mean smartphones, tablets, tv, and other device and gadgets. I think working with these devices is something that could put our sleeping routine out of sync. For example, I spend half-hour before my sleep scrolling on social media and sometimes I forgot about time and in next day I suffer from sleep deprivation. Another effect of technology is the effection of light on our eyes, monitor light can induce sleep in long term. When people using a personal computer, laptop, and tablet in daily routine without ANY OBSERVANCE standard distance from the monitor. to me when I STARE at the laptop and mobile monitor, without any blink, my eyes get tired and dry and the pressure makes it impossible to me to get into a regular sleep pattern
