I think the answer really depends. You need to look at each child’s circumstances to decide what is best for them, for everything, not just for computer lessons. Most kids nowadays are not really into the computer but there is still some child that obsessed with technology so I think introducing them at a very young age could hinder their progressions such as physical ability and social development. On balance, I think the best age would be somewhere around 15.
