What Do You Think Is The Best Leisure Activity For Teenagers?

What Do You Think Is The Best Leisure Activity For Teenagers? MqNJk
In my opinion, The best leisure activity for teenagers is doing team sports. First, teenagers nowadays usually spend most of their free time merely sitting in front of the computer or using the phone, so they need to do more athletics or exercise to keep fit. Second, if you can play sports with your friends and family, that will be very fun. It may improve your friendships, team spirit too. Moreover, it is very easy to find people with this same hobby, making finding friends much easier. Besides, doing exercise is a good way to develop self-confidence. In addition, it will help you reduce stress and pressure after hard-working. For these reasons, I think doing team sports is the best leisure activity for teenagers.
