Overall, adults’s objects for learning are personal. In fact, it might be due to their different position but the same thing they want to gain is improve themselve during the course. Regarding the purpose of study, it has two main reasons which are Gain qualification and Interest in the subject, accounting for the majority percentage, at 38% and 40% respectively. Meanwhile, adults who have decided to study to interact with people have the lowest proportion, just 9%, approximately one fifth figure as the Interest. In addition, there are three groups with the same number of students around 20%, who study because they want to enjoy learning, preparation for promotion and improve skills for their current career. Second, based on the survey result, the highest ratio of the fee for education was charged from individuals, which gained exactly 40 percent. In contrast, merely 25 percent of the cost was collected from taxpayer’s money. And the last part was the responsibility of the employer about 35 percent, which had a short distance that was nearly with the student. In conclusion, regardless of the purpose, the adult’s achievement of learning is still at the essential point in their life. Perharp in the future, this decision will boost even more due to the increasing demand for quality human resources.
