The photos show the process of preparing cherry jam. There are nine stages in the cherry jam making process beginning with collecting cherries from trees and ending with labling the cherry jam jars. First, a mecanical hand shaking the tree of cherry and cherries fall to ground then cherries are collected and are transported to the factory by a big truck with their all parts such as it’s leaves. In the next step, the leaves are removed from the cheries and washed by water carefully and then stones are removed from the middle of the fruit by a machine that has a metal lever. Next, the cherries are cooked and some ingredients such as lemon juice, suger and pectin are mixed with it for extra flavor. After the cooking is finished, the cherry jam is ready to be checked by the quality control center. Finally, the cherry jam are poured into plastic or glass jars and a lable stuck on the jars.
