As is shown in the process, there are 15 steps in the pictures commencing with pre-canning and terminating in dispatching to the supermarkets. In the first step, fishes are pre-canned and then caught. The fish which is caught are frozen to a temperature -18C. When the fishing vessel reaches the harbor, fish is unloaded from harbor and then weighted. For preparing the fish is thawed. Then some parts of the fish are discarded. The prepared fish is cooked in steam and cool for filleting. After cutting into small pieces, fish is filled into cans and brine water and oil are added.
