The two pictures depict the main changes which have taken place in Shipsmouth from 1995 to 2010. Overall, it is obviously seen that the whole of city experienced a significant modernization with far more transportation and accommodation. Looking at the details of the city in 2010, a notable change is that people can commute easier compared to the last 15 years with an introduction of a new station in the north of city centre along with a new airport at the south-east side, where used to be full of trees. Besides, there had been more accommodation for dwellers to live in, in which sparse houses in 1995 was redeveloped into skyscrapers complex as well as in the north west of the city, trees were cut down to make way for erecting new apartment blocks. Another interesting transformation is that Shipsmouth in 2010 had more recreational areas than in the past. A old factory was replaced by shopping centre while a church had been converted into a pub. Next, the year 2010 a new football stadium had been built. Finally, the city centre was pedestrianized and people can walk around in peace and relax without hearing the sounds of cars all the time.
