The steps of making bricks for the industry has been shown with the help of pictures. Overall, the brick manufacturing process includes seven steps, it starts from collecting clay with the help of digger and ends at delivery process. To commence with, the first notion, the clay is collected with the help of digger then it is passed through metal grid, which is used to break up the clay into smaller pieces. As afterwards, the sand and the water are added to the clay and this mixture is turned into bricks by either placing it into a mould or by using a wire cutter then these bricks are placed in an oven to be dried for 24 to 48 hours. Furthermore, after drying the bricks, these are heated in a kiln at moderate and then at High temperature. on the moderate mode temperature ranges from 200 to 980 degree Celsius while in high temperature mode the temperature ranges upto 1300 degree Celsius. Afterthat, it is cooled in the chamber for 2-3 days. Finally, the bricks are ready to br packed and delivered to the destination.
