According to the give picture, at first, fishes are catch by person through new from pond or river with the help of boat. In second step, the fishes are kept for freezing. However, before cutting, the fishes are rinse with water for 5 minutes. After that, salt water and yellow colour is added for soaking of fish and leave it for 30 minutes. Followed by, smoking process is carried out for another half hour and finally after about and half hour smoked fishes are prepared for packing. In order to distribute it for selling purpose, the smoked fishes are kept in to cold storage so that it remains fresh.
